About us

VibePass is where the Caribbean finds out what's on - and gets in. From breakfast parties and all-inclusives to boat rides, concerts, comedy nights and family days, we bring the best events together in one place and make buying a ticket take seconds, not minutes.

For party people

• Discover events by date, category and city, follow your favourite promoters and save events for later.
• Buy with confidence using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment options. Prices show every fee before you pay.
• Get in fast with a QR ticket in your inbox and in your account - no printing, no screenshots of screenshots.

For organizers

We help promoters of every size sell more tickets with less work: an event page that looks great on every phone, early bird and tiered releases that switch over automatically, add-ons such as parking and cooler passes, promo and access codes, promoter links, a door scanner app, real-time sales reports and organised payouts.

Our promise

Fair, clearly shown fees. Secure payments handled by certified payment providers. Real people on the other end when you need help - visit the Help Center or contact our support team any time.
