Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of VibePass and every purchase you make through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who sells your ticket

VibePass is a ticketing marketplace. Events are created and run by independent organizers. When you buy a ticket, you are buying it from the organizer; VibePass processes the sale and the payment on the organizer's behalf. The organizer is responsible for the event itself - its line-up, venue, timing, safety, age and entry rules.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, ticket touting that breaches an organizer's rules, or abuse of our services or staff.

3. Prices and fees

• Ticket prices are set by the organizer. A service fee, applicable taxes and a payment processing fee may be added; every fee is shown before you pay.
• Promo codes are subject to the organizer's conditions and can be withdrawn at any time before purchase.
• Tickets may be released in tiers (for example early bird, regular and final release). When one tier sells out or ends, the next tier goes on sale at its own price.

4. Tickets and entry

• Your ticket is the QR code sent to your email and available in your account. Each code admits one person once; the first scan wins. Do not share images of your ticket.
• Organizers and venues may refuse entry for safety reasons, if you do not meet age or dress code requirements, or if you breach the event rules. Bring valid photo ID.
• Tickets bought from anyone other than VibePass or the organizer may be invalid, and we cannot help with them.

5. Changes, postponements and cancellations

If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a refund as described in our Refund Policy. If an event is postponed or materially changed, the organizer will tell you through VibePass and, where required, offer refunds within a stated window.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse VibePass: no automated buying, scraping, reselling in breach of event rules, attempting to bypass purchase limits, interfering with security, or uploading unlawful content.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VibePass is not liable for the acts or omissions of organizers or venues, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
