Refund policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
Every event on VibePass is run by an independent organizer, and each organizer sets the refund policy for their event. The policy is shown on the event page and in your order confirmation. This page explains how refunds work on VibePass.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. We notify you by email and process refunds to the original payment method automatically, or tell you how to claim yours.
Postponed or changed events
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the organizer offers refunds for a postponement or a major change, you can request one from your account within the window stated in the notice.
Requesting a refund
- Sign in and open My tickets.
- Choose the order and select Request a refund, telling us why.
- The organizer reviews the request under their policy. If approved, VibePass sends the refund to your original payment method.
Refund requests can be made for paid tickets before the event ends, as long as no other request for the same order is open. Free tickets and tickets that have already been scanned are not refundable.
What is refunded
Unless the event was cancelled or the organizer states otherwise, refunds cover the ticket price and taxes. Payment processing fees are not refundable, and the service fee is refunded only where the organizer or VibePass decides to include it.
How long it takes
Once approved, refunds are sent within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days to show the money in your account.
